OUR PROGRAMS
We started back in 2020 with our first program called UMOJA NI NGUVU. Our program UNN empowered incarcerated men to start a CULTURAL CLUB COMMUNITY in their community facility, Madras, Oregon. Upon Success, hosted JUNETEENTH, KWANZA, and FUNDRAISER for FAMILY'S FIRST allowing 44 men who were members of the club program to serve 750 populace plus their own families, tribes, and communities. After two years, in 2022, we are now expanding our programs. We have added our GAME CURRICULUM AND INTEGRATED EDUCATION CURRICULUM as well. We will continue to add to our service menu. Our RECIPE for Success is our speaking engagements, grassroots fundraising, requests for funding support letters, coaching sessions, courses, events, and our products, merchandise pledges, and back-to-school donations and supplies for the K-12 throughout the school year. We are here to build Your CULTURE and your community. A family legacy of Interactive Conflict Resolution Management System, Arbitration System, Hospitalities and Event Services, Environmental Justice Initiatives-Parks and Urban Services, Athleticism/Entertainment-Education Awareness, and Community Building.

Vision 2025: A Global Transitional Housing Initiative
We envision a world where everyone has a safe and stable place to call home. To achieve this, we’re launching a global initiative to acquire 5,000 properties, starting with 33 in Oregon. These properties will provide transitional housing for recently released adults, offering a vital bridge back into society.
To empower these individuals, we’re introducing the UMOJI Ranger program. This comprehensive initiative will provide training, coaching, and mentorship in hospitality and athletics. Our goal is to foster a community of sustainable living, civility, and transformative leadership.

We have 4 minor programs an NGUVU Club program that teaches YOU how to build cultural and empowerment clubs in prison systems, school systems, and communities.
